Trident Senior Health Center is tailored to meet the unique healthcare needs of seniors throughout the Lowcountry.  The goal of our caring and compassionate staff is to help mature adults manage their comprehensive healthcare needs on a day-to-day basis as well as long term, if needed.

Trident Senior Health Center provides a full range of services tailored to the more mature patient.  An outpatient care center for people 65 years of age and above, Trident Senior Health Center provides onsite primary medical care, free education programs and health screenings, filing of insurance claims and a host of other services.  The Senior Health Center offers the following services:

• Primary care for those 65 and older
• Board Certified Geriatrician
• Laboratory Services
• Immunization & Vaccine Injections
