Alexa Czerw, PharmD
Alexa Czerw, PharmD is a current PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident. She completed her PharmD at High Point University Fred Wilson School of Pharmacy. Her passion for pharmacy has always been strong since she was little because of her grandmother who battled ovarian and breast cancer. She chose to purse clinical pharmacy because she loved the patient care interventions, communication with other healthcare providers, and the potential to specialize in certain pharmacy areas. Outside of pharmacy, Alexa loves to spend quality time with friends and family, bake, needle point, and any type of workout class along with long walks. She is so excited for her future career and the experience she will get with an extraordinary pharmacy department at Trident Medical Center!
Reagan Young, PharmD
Reagan Young, PharmD is a current PGY1 resident at Trident Medical Center. She is originally from Florence, SC, and she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy. Her passion for improving both mental and physical health outcomes has directed her professional interests toward psychiatry, critical care, and internal medicine. Upon completing her PGY1 residency, she plans to pursue a PGY2 in one of these areas. Outside of pharmacy, Reagan enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Ny’Asia Cleckley, PharmD
Ny’Asia Cleckley, PharmD completed her PharmD and BS in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. Her passion for pharmacy came from taking a pharmacy technician class in high school along with helping her grandmother, a breast cancer survivor, with her medications. She chose to pursue clinical pharmacy after completing her APPE rotations in internal medicine and critical care where she grew to love the instant gratification of seeing patients get better in a matter of hours to days after a medication change or initiation. She completed the Trident Medical Center PGY1 program in 2025 and is continuing her pharmacy career at Trident Medical Center.
Dana Olheiser PharmD
Dana Olheiser, PharmD earned a BS in Biochemistry from Utah State University and PharmD from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dana started her pharmacy career at Publix in 2018 as a pharmacy technician. In her fourth year of pharmacy school, she decided to pursue post-graduate training after an internal medicine rotation. Her interests include internal medicine and emergency medicine. She completed the Trident Medical Center PGY1 program in 2025 and is continuing her pharmacy career at Trident Medical Center.
Rebekah Lewis PharmD
Rebekah Lewis, PharmD earned both a BS in Pharmaceutical Science and PharmD from the University of South Carolina. She decided to pursue pharmacy practice early on in pharmacy school after meeting with professors who also practiced as clinical pharmacists and who shared her passion for clinical pharmacy. Dr. Lewis completed the Trident Medical Center PGY1 program in 2024 and her PGY2 in Psychiatry at SSM Health – DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO in 2025.
Jenny Zhou PharmD
Jenny Zhou, PharmD earned a BS in Biochemistry from Iowa State University and PharmD from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She enjoys working closely with other healthcare providers in clinical decision making and ensuring patient safety. Dr. Zhou completed the Trident Medical Center PGY1 program in 2024 and her PGY2 in Critical Care at Cone Health in Greensboro, NC in 2025.
Ashley Byrd PharmD BCPS
Ashley Byrd, PharmD, BCPS completed her PharmD at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2021. She then completed PGY1 pharmacy residency training in 2022 at Trident Medical Center. Along with completion of her residency Ashley also obtained her teaching certificate through the Academician Preparation Program through MUSC. She completed her BCPS in December of 2023. She is now a clinical pharmacist at Trident Health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and being active outside.
Rebekah Briley Miller, PharmD
Rebekah Briley earned a BS in Chemistry from Grove City College and her PharmD from the University of South Carolina. Briley fell in love with pharmacy practice while working in the community setting but realized as a fourth-year student that clinical pharmacy was her true calling. Dr. Miller completed the Trident Medical Center PGY1 program in 2023 and is practicing as a clinical pharmacist at a hospital in the Charleston area.
