Zachary M. Arthurs, MD came to Coastal Vascular and Vein Center as a highly awarded retired Lieutenant Colonel in U.S Army with almost 15 years of Vascular Surgery experience. During his time serving our country, Dr. Arthurs led the most prestigious military Vascular Surgery Department at Brooke Army Medical Center.
