Our addiction treatment program
Seeking help to overcome addiction is the first step on your healing journey. Our substance abuse intensive outpatient program (IOP) can be a supportive method.
Comprehensive substance abuse treatment for adults
Our newest program offers extra support if you find yourself struggling with substance abuse. Board-certified addiction psychiatrists and addiction specialists use the latest evidence-based methods to customize your care. Our treatment program focuses on adults who are:
- At least 18 years old
- Developing a sobriety support system
- Experiencing difficulty achieving and maintaining sobriety
- Transitioning from a higher level of care
Highlights of our substance abuse IOP
Your care team focuses on getting you to an optimal level of functioning. Our psychiatric specialists will complete an evaluation and assessment to determine your treatment plan, which may include:
- Group therapy sessions that meet on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm over a period of four to six weeks (as assessed by your care team)
- Psychiatric assessments and treatment plans developed by a board-certified addiction psychiatrist
- Substance abuse intensive outpatient program — three to five therapy sessions per week — that covers topics such as personal triggers, cravings, family issues, depression, anxiety and relapse
